Studio Policy: STUDENTS ARE REQUIRED TO PURCHASE A $20.00 STUDIO T-SHIRT. ALL STUDIO ATTIRE MUST BE ORDERED UPON ENROLLMENT. APPROPRIATE DANCE SHOES MUST BE ORDERED/PURCHASED FROM AFTER THE DANCE PRIOR TO CLASSES. STUDENTS MUST WEAR STUDIO ATTIRE EACH WEEK WITH APPROPRIATE TIGHTS, SHOES AND THEIR HAIR UP WITH BLACK HAIR ACCESSORIES TO EVERY CLASS THEY ATTEND. ALL BLACK TAP SHOES MUST HAVE ELASTIC AFFIXED TO THEM INSTEAD OF RIBBONS. STUDENTS ARE ASKED TO WEAR A COVER UP AND STREET SHOES TO AND FROM THE STUDIO. REGISTRATION,TUITION,RECITAL & COSTUMES: ALL TUITION WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY DRAFTED ON THE 5th OF EACH MONTH. THERE WILL BE A $25.00 LATE FEE AND A $25.00 RETURN CHECK FEE APPLIED TO ACCOUNTS AS ACQUIRED MONTHLY ON ALL PAYMENTS. THERE IS AN AUTOMATIC $5.00 SERVICE FEE ADDED TO ALL DRAFTS FOR TUITION AND OTHER SELECT DRAFTS.
A RECITAL COSTUME DEPOSIT (1/2 of total) WILL BE DRAFTED OCTOBER 15TH AND THE REMAINING BALANCE WILL BE DRAFTED NOVEMBER 15TH. (SEE WEBSITE FOR PRICES) ANY AND ALL PAYMENTS AND DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE. EACH STUDENT MUST PAY OR MEET THE $175.00 RECITAL FEE THROUGH THE ANNUAL FUND RAISER ($200.00 ELITE) BY APRIL 15TH. (DETAILS TBA) IF THE RECITAL FEE IS NOT MET WITH AD SALES IT WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY DRAFTED ON MAY 14TH. JUNE TUITION BILL BE PRORATED WITH A 50% DISCOUNT AND WILL BE DRAFTED ON MAY 28. NO FOOD OR DRINKS ARE ALLOWED INSIDE ANY OF THE STUDIO AREA OTHER THAN BOTTLED WATER. PLEASE PLACE STUDENTS NAME ON ALL OF THEIR BELONGINGS. EACH STUDENT IS EXPECTED TO COMPLETE THE ENTIRE DANCE SEASON FROM SEPTEMBER TO JUNE AND TUITION FOR SAID MONTHS WILL BE DUE EVEN IF CONTRACT IS BROKEN. JUNE TUITION WILL BE PRORATED AT 75% DISCOUNT AND DRAFTED ON MAY 15. BY SIGNING THIS YOU ARE AGREEING TO ARDA’S RULES AND REGULATIONS AS WELL AS EXEMPTING ARDA AND THE STAFF OF ANY AND ALL LIABILITY OF LOSS OF POSSESSIONS AND/OR INJURY AT ANY STUDIO LOCATION OR OTHER EVENT LOCATIONS.
Waiver of Liability: I acknowledge that there are certain risks of bodily injury or death which can result from the use of studio facilities and from participation in activities and performances associated with All Rhythm Dance Alley. I hereby understand that it is my responsibility to complete an inspection of the premises and equipment and to refuse use of any facility or equipment that I determine in my layperson’s opinion to be unsuitable or unsafe. I understand and acknowledge that by my use and participation of the facility and equipment, I am agreeing to the implied safety and normally expected function and maintenance of said premises and equipment, and that I hereby voluntarily assume all risks related to the use of said equipment and facilities, and that this assumption of risks applies not only to my own person, but to any minor children under my care and supervision. I understand that this waiver will remain in effect for the entire period of enrollment by myself, my child, or another minor under my care and supervision, as well as for any and all non-class related visits to the All Rhythm Dance Alley facilities by myself or a minor child under my care and supervision. I further agree to hold harmless and indemnify the owners, operators, staff, employees, volunteers, and any other person acting on behalf of All Rhythm Dance Alley from any loss, cost, expense, damages, or injury to myself or a minor child under my care and supervision arising from my use of All Rhythm Dance Alley, it’s facilities and/or equipment, or due to participation in events attended while myself or a minor child under my care and supervision was enrolled in classes at ARDA.
